Tech Consulting Solutions provides web design, digital product creation, and IT talent recruitment services to businesses. Our Services include but are not limited to:

  • Starter Website: Clean, modern website design and development ($5,000 - $10,000)
  • Business Website: Professional websites with advanced functionality ($15,000 - $25,000)
  • Enterprise Solutions: E-commerce platforms, custom applications, and large-scale systems ($30,000+)
  • Digital product creation and development
  • IT talent recruitment and staffing services
  • Website maintenance and support

Detailed pricing information is available on our Pricing Page. All prices are estimates only and final costs will be confirmed in your written service agreement after a detailed scope review. Actual pricing may vary based on project complexity, specific requirements, and timeline constraints.

2.1 No Guaranteed Results

We do not guarantee specific outcomes including but not limited to:

  • Search engine rankings or organic traffic increases
  • Conversion rates, sales, or revenue increases
  • Successful candidate placements for IT recruitment services
  • Specific project completion dates (timelines are estimates)
  • Compatibility with all third-party services or future technology changes

While we employ industry best practices and strive for excellence, project success depends on numerous factors including client cooperation, market conditions, technical constraints, and other variables outside our direct control.

3. Use of Services

3.1 Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming a binding contract to use our Services. By using our Services, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.

3.2 Account Responsibilities

If you create an account with us, you are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the security of your account credentials
  • All activities that occur under your account
  • Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access

3.3 Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

  • Use our Services for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or networks
  • Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of our Services
  • Transmit any viruses, malware, or other harmful code
  • Collect or harvest information from our Services without permission

4. Intellectual Property Rights

All content, features, and functionality of our Services, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, video clips, data compilations, and software, are owned by Tech Consulting Solutions or our licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

4.2 Limited License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to access and use our Services for their intended purpose. This license does not include any right to:

  • Modify, copy, or distribute our content without permission
  • Reverse engineer or decompile any software
  • Remove any copyright or proprietary notices

5. Service Agreements and Deliverables

Specific services provided by Tech Consulting Solutions will be governed by separate written agreements that detail:

  • Timeline and milestones

These Terms supplement but do not replace such service agreements.

6. Payment Terms

6.1 General Payment Terms

If you purchase services from us:

  • You agree to pay all fees as specified in your service agreement
  • All prices are quoted in U.S. Dollars (USD)
  • Prices include design, development, testing, deployment, and initial support as specified
  • Late payments may incur interest charges at 1.5% per month or the maximum rate permitted by law, whichever is less

6.2 Milestone Payment Schedule

Unless otherwise specified in your service agreement, our standard payment schedule is:

  • 50% upfront: Due upon signing of service agreement to commence work
  • 25% at midpoint: Due upon completion of agreed-upon project milestone
  • 25% upon completion: Due upon final delivery and your approval of the project

6.3 Refund Policy

All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing. If work has commenced, no refund will be provided for the initial deposit. Refunds for subsequent milestone payments will be prorated based on work completed.

6.4 Additional Costs

The following are typically NOT included in our standard pricing and may incur additional costs:

  • Third-party services, licenses, or APIs
  • Domain registration and renewal fees
  • Premium hosting services beyond basic hosting
  • Stock photography or premium design assets
  • Significant scope changes or additions after project commencement
  • Expedited delivery timelines

7. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary or confidential information disclosed during the course of our business relationship. This obligation survives the termination of any service agreement.

8. Warranties and Disclaimers

8.1 Service Warranties

We warrant that:

  • We will provide our Services with reasonable skill and care in accordance with industry standards
  • Deliverables will substantially conform to specifications in your service agreement
  • We will use commercially reasonable efforts to deliver projects within agreed timelines
  • All work product will be free from material defects for a period specified in your service agreement (typically 30 days from delivery)

Timeline estimates are approximate and may be affected by factors including client feedback delays, scope changes, and third-party service availability.

8.2 Disclaimer

EXCEPT AS EXPRESSLY PROVIDED IN A WRITTEN SERVICE AGREEMENT, OUR SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL TECH CONSULTING SOLUTIONS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF OUR SERVICES.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR OUR SERVICES SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Tech Consulting Solutions and its officers, directors, employees, contractors, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to:

  • Your use of our Services
  • Your violation of these Terms
  • Your violation of any rights of another party

11. Term and Termination

These Terms remain in effect while you use our Services. We may suspend or terminate your access to our Services at any time, with or without cause or notice, for any reason including violation of these Terms.

Upon termination:

  • Your right to use our Services will immediately cease
  • You must cease all use of our content and materials
  • Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive

12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

12.1 Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States and the state in which Tech Consulting Solutions operates, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

12.2 Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or our Services shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiations. If negotiations fail, disputes may be resolved through binding arbitration or in courts of competent jurisdiction.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by:

  • Posting the updated Terms on our website
  • Updating the "Last Updated" date
  • Sending notification via email (if applicable)

Your continued use of our Services after any changes indicates your acceptance of the modified Terms.

14. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

15. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with any separate service agreements and our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Tech Consulting Solutions regarding your use of our Services.
